In 2002 she completed the postgraduate studies in Management of education in the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica and in 2010 she completed the postgraduate studies in Business psychology in the State Higher Vocational School in Głogów.

Between 2000 and 2007 her professional activities were connected to the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica.

She joined the Capital Group of European Compensation Centre in 2007 as the Director of the Administration Department.
